RS007 is a Serial to Ethernet converter/Serial to IP converter that supports the bi-directional transmission of RS232 to ethernet, RS422 to ethernet, or RS485 to ethernet. You can easily set up the converter via software or a WebGUI to do point-to-point or point-to-many transmission and configure a virtual serial port.
RS007 can convert RS232/RS422/RS485 to Ethernet, allowing you to integrate old serial devices like access points, CNCs, and hospital bed alarms into a new IP-enabled system for centralized control. It's a perfect solution for security, medical, and industrial fields.
*RS007 DOES NOT support Modbus communication.
Supports multiple communication protocols including TCP Server, TCP Client, and UDP Modes.
Automatically defines either crossover or straight-through cable and chooses the MDI or MDIX.
Easily connects your Serial device with RS007 without a physical connection.
Each method has a tutorial video to speed up the configuration process.
Except for point-to-point transmission, RS007 also supports serial signal distribution. Simply connect an Ethernet switch to send the signal to multiple serial devices for more flexibility.
